We are planning and steering your test phase from kick-off until acceptance, in close cooperation with a co-responsible customer contact and employees of the customer. In doing so, we trust in recognized methods of project management, closely linked with proven methods from many testing mandates.

  • Agreement of test mandates' scope and constraints in the test concept,
  • clarification of test infrastructure and resources,
  • we define the test plan for the workstream, closely integrated with the overall project or programme plan,
  • support budget and resource planning,
  • lead the test team,
  • organize status meetings and report to stakeholders.
  • We define together with the customer Key Performance Indicators (KPI) and align the tools and processes along these metrics,
  • run risk management and escalate if needed,
  • we identify need for training and organize it,
  • represent the test team in committees.
  • Our services include close coordination with other project workstreams and all relevant interfaces such as functional and technical teams, project management office, external IT suppliers, tool vendors, preceeding and subsequent test phases,
  • negotiating Terms of Reference for the test phase.
